About the Artist
Federica Micheli is an Italian-born visual artist based in Perth,
Western Australia. With a background in Art History, she creates paintings and mixed-media works that explore the invisible threads connecting humanity, nature, memory, and spirituality.
Her artistic practice is guided by symbolism, mythology, and the rhythms of the natural world. Through layered textures, organic forms, and dreamlike imagery, she creates contemplative spaces where transformation, healing, and the sacred feminine can emerge. Her work often begins with personal experience but evolves into visual narratives that invite viewers to discover their own meanings.
Influenced by philosophy, literature, and the quiet intelligence of nature, Federica sees art as a way of making the unseen visible. Each work is an invitation to pause, reconnect with the inner self, and reflect on our place within the living world.
